Fee Policy

Please read carefully the information below about our fees, including when they need to be paid and charges that will be incurred for late payments. 

If for some reason there is a difficulty in paying fees, we strongly urge you to contact the school immediately to discuss your options and a possible payment plan. If you delay your payment without speaking to us in advance, you will incur extra charges and we may be forced to exclude your child from attending school until all late fees have been paid.

TERMLY PAYMENTS are due as follows:


Term 1: before the new school year begins in September.

Term 2: by 1st December

Term 3: by 1st March.


DAILY AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS are due in advance, i.e. before the start of the school day or the new month.


Payments can be made in cash at the school office or via transfer to our bank, details as follows:

Payments between 30 and 60 days late will incur a penalty of 10,000 Baht on top of the fees owed.


In the event of non-payment after 60 days, the parents will be asked to remove their child from school and will be required to make all payments in arrears and a 25,000 Baht reinstatement fee.


For families in arrears, no records will be made available to either the families or to any other school until the settlement of the account.
